Darla Walker

As the owner & founder of Pink Mullet Salon, Darla’s impressive resume is filled with color & make-up workshops, cutting technique classes, color comprehensive & correction classes, and symposiums from some of the industries top names of Aveda, Bumble and Bumble, Redken, Schwarzkopf, GHD, EVO, and Pureology as well as training under national and international award winning color specialist and L’Oréal educator.
This remarkable list also includes make-up & hair designs for events such as the Country Music Association Awards, David Rodriguez Spring Fashion Collection, Halston Vintage Fashion Show, Zang Toi Fashion Collection, and Eating Disorder Coalition of TN Fundraiser Fashion Show. Darla has been chosen to style multiple celebrities including Billy Ray Cyrus, Valarie Haines IFBB Pro, Faith Murphy, Hollyn, Hayley Williams (Paramore), and Toby Mac! In her early career, she styled NFL wives for multiple photoshoots, fundraisers, and events. Her work as a make-up artist & hair stylist has also been displayed in publications such as Nashville Style Magazine, N Focus magazine, and various shoots in the Tennessean. Darla, one of the most sought after stylists in the area, has been a salon coach, educator, educational director, and stylist to many top artists in the industry including co-founder of Good Dye Young hair color.
Darla also has a passion for giving back. She is a certified stylist for Wigs for Kids - an organization providing free custom wigs for children who have lost hair due to cancer or alopecia.

Erinne Holland
OWNER
Erinne Agee Holland grew up in Franklin, TN where she was known for her creativity and passion for all things fashion and design. She majored in Fashion Merchandising and Business at Lipscomb University. After graduation, she worked as a manager at Redken’s Salon Professional Academy in Nashville, TN. The creative and innovative environment at TSPA encouraged Erinne to enter into the profession of hair styling.
Erinne is currently an owner at the Pink Mullet Salon. Erinne is a very astute observer. She does her research and develops the best hairstyle, cut, and color for each of her clients. She has a knack for knowing just what her clients need, and her innovative vision is one that truly inspires. She loves what she does because she gets to transform people’s looks and make them feel great about it!
Alex Pelerossi

Alex attended cosmetology school in 2007 after discovering her love for staying family and friends for special events. After attending college, Alex joined the Pink Mullet team in 2012. During her time at the salon, she became a certified Redken colorist and national educator. She maintains her own education by attending hair shows as well as cut, color, and styling workshops from New York to L.A.
Her biggest passion is braiding and updos which have earned her features in magazines and put her in the Modern Salon’s Top 100 Social Media influencers. Alex won the One Shot Hair Awards Braid of 2017 and has been nominated over 3 times in this global competition.
Spend time with Alex and you will soon realize why her clients describe her as one who puts a lot of thought into her work. Alex is eager to talk through different styling options to help find what makes her client feel the greatest!
Savannah Emens
LEVEL THREE STYLIST
No matter what you need - from textured cuts to lived-in color Savannah Emens has you covered. She wants you to feel the most YOU and equip you to be the best at styling your own hair.
Like all Mulleteers, Savanah is an education junkie. In addition to all the classes she takes, she has completed a one-year apprenticeship under our own Jill Ehrich.
Additionally, Savannah is a talented make-up artist and can get you ready for your special occasion. Savannah has just recently brought Lash Extensions to the Pink Mullet as a certified Lash artist.
Hailey Shelton

Hailey, born and raised in Nashville, attended the Salon Professional Academy. After graduation she immediately became a part of the Pink Mullet family.
Hailey has been bringing her energy to Pink Mullet since 2015, completed her associate program and is building her clientele here along the way.
Hailey is a creative. She is not afraid of the risk in any style. From bold, short cuts in men and women to painting any color in the palette, Hailey can make magic on your hair!
Sara Slaughter

Sara is a small town girl from Culleoka, TN with big dreams and accomplished them by going to Aveda Institute Nashville where she gained an elite level of education and was the first person to graduate in her class!
Sara immediately joined the Pink Mullet Family and has been here ever since!

Hannah Sholar

Hannah is a thriving member of our Pink Mullet Team! She comes to us from small town Kentucky, but loves being here in Franklin.
Hannah not only graduated from Aveda Institute here in Nashville, but was top of her class, claiming the honor of Valedictorian!
NEED EXTENSIONS? Hannah is certified in installing hand-tied extensions.

Mary was born and raised in Mobile, Alabama but will the first to tell you that she is not a country girl which brought her to our own city of Nashville. Mary did an in-salon apprenticeship at NouVeau Salon in Mobile where she completed her training under the Master Stylist, got licensed and built her clientele for a total of 8 years. Ready to spread her wings, she arrived in Nashville and she started her new chapter at Pink Mullet Salon!

Nicole is a New York native who came to Tennessee in 2020. She attended cosmetology school at Paul Mitchell School in Murfreesboro. She had the privilege to work with one of our level 5 stylists/owner, Erinne, during her associate program. If you’re in her chair, her main focus is making sure the integrity of your hair is intact along with making sure your hair goals are met. In her free time, she is most likely: getting tattoos, hanging out with her cats and watching Netflix.

Emma grew up in Middle Tennessee in Mount Juliet. She graduated from the Salon Professional Academy and started training with our stylists immediately after school. She has worked with the top level stylists at both of our locations and is excited for you to join her for an appointment at our Carothers location! She enjoys all things hair color and vivids!
Sara Browns
LEVEL ONE STYLIST
Sarah was born and raised in Hackettstown, New Jersey. She started cosmetology school in 2019 at Cutting Edge Academy. She relocated in 2022 to start her career here at the Mullet. She has worked directly with owner, Darla Walker. She has also worked alongside Hailey Shelton, another top stylist at our salon. She loves to work with curly hair, formal styling, and color services. In her free time, you can find her reading a book, catching up on TV, or with her family.
Faith Likes
LEVEL ONE STYLIST
Faith was born and raised in southern California where she graduated from Cosmetology school in 2018 and began her career in the beauty industry.
Faith loves doing curly cuts and learned all of the tips and tricks for a lived-in blonde or highlight service from stylist Savannah Emmens, after training with her in our associate program.
Faith’s goal is that every client leaves her chair feeling beautiful and confident!
Abigail Bonine

Moved to Nashville in 2015 to attend the Salon Professional Academy. Prioritizing hair health, Abigail specializes in lived in color, blondes, and extensions. She loves travel, long boarding, and spending time with her friends and family!

Breanna Perdue

Breanna is a TN Native and hails from a small town north of Nashville. After graduating from Paul Mitchell Cosmetology School she apprenticed under the owners of Pink Mullet and has worked here ever since!
Bre takes great pride in making sure that all people feel comfortable in her chair and leave with a newfound badass-ness to take on the day! Her favorite services are color clients and vivid colors!
In her free time, she enjoys hosting board game nights with her wife and fur-babies. She gives bonus points to clients who can tell her about a new game during their visit!
Katie Goodman
LEVEL ONE STYLIST
Katie was born and raised in the Nashville area, and graduated from Franklin Hair Academy in 2022. She started with Pink Mullet salon working under our owners to begin her in-house training, and now has earned a chair of her own!
She worked hard to ensure that everyone that sits in her chair feels at home and has an enjoyable salon experience. She enjoys all services, but color services and haircuts are her favorite!
In her free time, Katie enjoys cooking, listening to music, and learning more about her profession!
